1. Credit Deposits & Pricing

• All credit deposits are final. Refunds will not be issued except in cases of a verified technical issue that prevents delivery of the purchased service.
• Prices shown in the pricing table are valid only until your next deposit.
• We reserve the right to change price plans and offers for future deposits. Your current rate is guaranteed only until your next deposit.
• Payments are processed via Thawani (Visa, Credit Card, Apple Pay). Any currency conversion fees or third-party charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• There are no daily limits for purchasing reports. You may purchase as many reports as needed.

2. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Submission

• You are responsible for verifying that the VIN is valid before submitting it.
• Submitting an invalid VIN may result in a report showing “not found” or incomplete data.
• If you receive an error for a VIN, please validate it using the official VIN Decoder: https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/CheckDigit/Index/ before resubmitting.

3. Report Delivery & Storage

• Reports are sourced from official and trusted U.S. data providers.
• Canadian vehicles are accepted; however, report format and content follow U.S. standards.
• You must download your reports from the “Histories” tab within 7 days of your order.
• Reports are not stored permanently. We are not responsible for any reports not downloaded within the 7-day period.

4. Disputes & Fraud Policy

• Any payment dispute, chargeback, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access to our services.
• Do not initiate a payment dispute for customer service matters.

5. Amendments to These Terms

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
• By making a new deposit, you confirm your acceptance of the latest version of these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or the Refund Policy, do not proceed with any payment. By making a payment on our website, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

• This data is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of the vehicle’s history; however, its completeness and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
• We at Vin-FIX.COM do not assume any responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained in the report.
• We are not responsible for any defects or issues in the vehicle that are not disclosed in the report.
